Step Your Game Up
LIGHT IT UP
Eleven brightness settings illuminate the Kentucky Long’s Sharpshooter reticles in red. You can make precision shots before the sun comes up or after it goes down, in a variety of low light shooting situations. Reticle illumination is powered by a single CR2032 3v battery included in the box.
MOA OR MRAD, WHAT’S YOUR FLAVOR?
Kentucky Long’s intelligent Sharpshooter Grid reticle is available in MOA or MIL/MRAD variants, matched up with 0.25 MOA-per-click or 0.1 MRAD-per-click tactical turrets. You can use Sharpshooter on any caliber rifle for ranging confirmation and elevation / windage holdovers, even at extreme target distances.
YOU NEED THE FIN
We include both low-profile and high-profile magnification fins with your Kentucky Long. Choose the fin height you like most and install it anywhere on the magnification ring that’s best for your setup. No shopping around the aftermarket for a throw lever. No concerns about what will fit or how much it will cost. We’ve got you covered.
Superior Optical Performance
Kentucky Long’s 6x zoom ratio stretches the magnification range in both directions. At minimum magnification you get a wider field of view, and maximum magnification is really MAXIMUM.A SHARPER VIEW
Kentucky Long provides excellent edge-to-edge optical clarity throughout the entire magnification range. The fast focus ocular keeps the reticle sharp, while side-focus parallax adjustment helps you see every detail in the target area.FIELD OF VIEW & EYE RELIEF
You can mount Kentucky Long on heavy recoiling rifles without worrying about getting smacked in the eye, thanks to its forgiving eye relief. Field of view is fantastic thanks to the 6x zoom ratio and state of the art optical engineering.
EYE BOX DOMINANCE
The whole point of a high magnification scope is to see the target more clearly. But if you are fighting a tiny eye box and can’t get a clear view through the scope, you aren’t seeing the target clearly at all. Kentucky Long’s exit pupil and eye box characteristics are maximized at all magnifications, making it faster and easier to use than competitor scopes set to the same magnification.
WHAT MAKES OUR GLASS SO KICK ASS
Like the Patriot, Kentucky Long’s glass contains rare earth minerals. Each lens is carefully crafted to boost optical resolution and brightness. All lenses are fully multi-coated for anti-reflection and maximum light transmission. The coatings also give the Kentucky Long glass its anti-fog, anti-scratch, and hydrophobic properties.
THE FAST FOCUS OCULAR
Everyone’s eyes are different. Kentucky Long’s fast focus adjustable ocular makes it easy to keep the reticle sharp at all times, regardless of magnification level or target distance.NO PARALLAX PROBLEMS
Kentucky Long’s side focus parallax adjustment knob eliminates accuracy-robbing parallax problems, getting your target sharp and in focus quickly.
Tactical Turrets
LOCKING TURRETS
No tools are needed to lock and unlock Kentucky Long’s turrets. Simply pull them away from the scope body to make adjustments, then push them towards the scope body again to prevent unwanted rotation. Once they pop down into place, your settings are locked down.
ZERO-RESETTABLE
After sighting in Kentucky Long it’s easy to adjust the turret markings to indicate your “zero”. Shooters who prefer to dial for windage and elevation can quickly return to zero at any time.
PRECISE TRACKING, TACTILE TURRET FEEL
Kentucky Long’s tactical turrets feature precise, consistent movement you can feel in every click. Sharpshooter MOA reticles are paired with 0.25 MOA-per-click adjustments. Sharpshooter MIL reticles are paired with 0.1 MIL-per-click adjustments.
SHARPSHOOTER MOA
Sharpshooter MOA is an intelligent reticle that is easy to navigate yet always precise. Easily measure the size of objects viewed through the Kentucky Long down to 0.5 MOA to find your distance to target, then shift your point of aim and use the 36 MOA holdover grid to compensate for range and wind.
SHARPSHOOTER MIL/MRAD
Sharpshooter MRAD is an intelligent reticle that is easy to navigate yet always precise. Easily measure the size of objects viewed through the Kentucky Long down to 0.1 MRAD to find your distance to target, then shift your point of aim and use the 10 MRAD holdover grid to compensate for range and wind.
TOUGH AS NAILS
Can an optic this affordable actually last on your rifle? Hell yeah it can, and it will. Kentucky Long is shock resistant to 1,100 Gs of shock, waterproof, sand proof, and pretty much gorilla proof. If you do break it somehow, no worries– we’ve got your back with the 50,000 Round Guarantee.

RETICLE
Sharpshooter MOA is a ranging and holdover reticle using the Minute of Angle mathematical system. With the help of a ballistic calculator or a few basic formulas, you can use Sharpshooter to estimate the range to target, then hit it without adjusting your turrets using the holdover aiming cues.

MEASURE IT WELL
Other reticles give you one or two hash mark dimensions to use for range estimation. If the target size doesn’t match up, you must make your best guess based off those limited options. Sharpshooter MOA incorporates subtensions from 4 MOA all the way down to 0.5 MOA. Less guessing; more confidence.
HOLD IT OVER
With range to target established, you can use Sharpshooter’s holdover grid to shift your point of aim, compensating for both bullet drop and wind conditions without ever having to physically adjust the scope’s 0.25 MOA-per-click target turrets. The holdover grid extends 36 MOA down with precise wind hold dots extending to a maximum of 24 MOA to each side of center.
NEVER WRONG
Due to the optic’s First Focal Plane construction, the measurements or subtensions in Sharpshooter MOA are correct and true at all magnifications. You never have to worry about being at the “wrong” magnification to range estimate or use the holdover grid.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Sharpshooter MOA is compatible with any caliber. As just one example, using a 100 yard zero, Sharpshooter MOA will provide holdovers for a standard .308 Winchester rifle to hit accurately past 900 yards in 20 mph winds.

STANDARD MOA RANGING
In order to range targets or objects with Sharpshooter MOA, use the MOA ranging formula:
Target Size (inches) x 95.5” / Image Size in MOA = Range In Yards
In order to obtain an accurate range estimation, you need to know the size of the target in inches. Using either vertical or horizontal hash marks, measure the target dimensions in MOA as you view it through the scope. Multiply the target’s actual size in inches x 95.5”, then divide that result by your MOA target dimension observation to get the range to target in yards.
EXAMPLE #1:
Assuming this combatant is 6 feet [72 inches) tall, and his body length comprises 15 MOA in your reticle, how far away is he? 72 x 95.5” / 15 MOA = 460 Yards

USING BASIC HOLDOVERS
Example #2: Assume that you have ranged a target 400 yards away and your ballistic calculator or bullet trajectory chart indicates that the bullet will drop about 6 MOA at 400 yards. If you want to “dial for dope” you can turn the elevation turret up to 6 MOA and fire using the center of the crosshair. However, it is faster to leave the scope zeroed, abandon using the center aiming point, and count 6 MOA down on the crosshair’s hash marks, using the numbers on the right of the dot grid as a quick reference. Looking through the scope, you will appear to be aiming high of the target. Gravity will push down on the bullet as it flies the 400 yards to hit the target’s center of mass.

Exceptional quality
I built 2 Browning Xbolt 300 win mag rifles and toped them with this glass. The scopes were crystal clear and just as stated the FFP was spot on. Love the quality of the scope so much I'm buying a third scope for my personal long range rifle and removing my leupold mark 4. Awesome job Swapfox you got my business!

Awesome Value
Purchased the Kentucky Long 4-24 a few weeks back. This thing is great! Clarity is far better than what you would expect at this price point. The only thing that prevents a full 5 stars is that the knobs feel like there is a little bit of slop in them when making adjustments. I personally like a firm, clean click and there is just a slight amount of play in my turrets. That said, it is not enough to deter me from buying another phenomenal product from these guys. I was a Vortex Fanboy for years. Now I am not so sure that's the case. Looking forward to getting my hands on a Kingslayer soon. Thanks Swampfox!

5x30 56
Beautiful scope for the price. Mounted to rifle sighted in at 100. Using hornady ballistics app we had this setup shooting 6 inch rocks regular at 805 yards in no time. A scope of this quality in this price range will draw more fence sitters to the sport of long range shooting. Reminton 700 PCR 6.5 cm and this scope makes it very enjoyable! Thanks

Kentucky Long 5-30x56
I will have to say I'm impressed with this scope. The clarity and brightness of the glass is its best attribute. I purchased a Patriot before this one and it gathered more light and was clearer at max magnification than my Athlon Helos. I sold the Helos to try this. The turrets are what I miss most from the Helos, the clicks were very precise audibly and by feel, and lined up perfectly with marks. This Kentucky Long scope doesn't quite have that feel, I like a positive click and sound from turrets, and that would be my only gripe with this. If they can fix this, this scope could hopefully steal a lot of money from the other scope guys. Everything else is great, and for their first generation of scopes being this good, I sincerely believe Swampfox will become a staple name.

Swampfox Job Well Done!!
I bought a 5x30x56 Kentucky Long FFP Precision Riflescope. I received the scope within a few days. The scope feels like it’s good quality. The glass is very clear, and I’m impressed with the illuminated reticle. The entire hold over tree is back lit as well. The turrets are fairly crisp. I feel this scope is similar to other higher priced scopes but for less then half the cost. I would recommend this scope. Swampfox Job Well Done!!

5-30x56
I am impressed. The clarity is outstanding and compares or exceeds my leupold, Burris, and vortex scopes. The turrets are very precise and love that they lock. The throw lever is amazing and no issues. I am loving The first focal plane and the overall quality of the scope and customer service. I will be buying a Patriot for another rifle to check them out. Thank you guys for a great quality of scope in a super saturated market.

Worth every penny
Bought it as part of the black Friday/ cyber Monday deal, so it included free rings. The entire package is stout, glass is super clear. I am beyond impressed with the durability and clarity of the entire set up. Went to the range today to sight it in. I was laying shot on top of shot at 100yds, it was almost boring. Almost. Next range trip going to push it out to 200, 300, and finish at 500 and I have no doubt I'll get there. Thank you swampfox.

Outstanding Optic - Top Quality
Everything about it screams quality. I hope company is turning a profit to offer this comparable to my japan made glass. Its a steal! In fact, SwampFox glass is little clearer, with no edge to edge distortions, which my japan glass cannot manage to do. It also keeps reticle sharp through full zoom range, unlike my 56mm japan made glass. Turrets are crisp. IR is bright enough to be used in the daylight. Nicely packaged and bundled with flip-up caps, battery, micro-cloth and 2 fins just as advertised. I love it. My second optic from this company and will buy more in the future. Thank you for taking care of our veterans and producing top quality affordable product SwampFox!
