Even though our Kraken closed emitter dot sight comes with RMR and MOS adapter plates out of the box, there are still plenty of variations out there to adapt to. Given the design of the closed emitter, Kraken has to work off an adapter system in order to fit to the multiple varieties of slides and mounts on the market. Our team is hard at work on expanding our adapter system to every desired platform. For now, we are covering our bases on the aftermarket RMR cut slides. For any slide that is RMR cut and utilizes screw posts, you are in the right place for your adapter. Major brands that this applies for is Brownells, Zevtech and Zaffiri Precision slides. Screw posts are where you thread your mounting screws into. Unlike most slides that have flush screw holes, the posts on these slides protrude out from the slide itself, providing additional recoil durability. Along with our adapter plate, you will receive the necessary #4-40 screws for mounting as well as blue threadlocker for increased screw stability.
